Settings
Configure global ordering rules and user accounts.
Occasions
Mark dates on the calendar with an icon and label — for anniversaries, celebrations, public holidays, or company off days. Tick Off Day only when employees should not place orders that day.
Manage login details, Admin dashboard access, and Special
daily order limits.
Tick Has Spc Limit, then set Spc Daily Limit.
Use 0 for no daily order limit for that user.
Export downloads a CSV file. Import replaces all users with that file (must include at least one admin).
Developer tools
Built-in account for data backups. Change credentials with
DEV_USERNAME / DEV_PASSWORD. Prefer
section backups when you only need one file or folder.
1. Section backup & restore
Safer option: download or replace one top-level
data/ file or folder. Everything else stays as-is.
2. Full data/ backup & restore
High impact: restore replaces the entire data/
folder (users, menus, orders, ratings, settings). Use only when
you need a complete rollback.
