Create Menu
Each folder is one week of dishes. Choose a caterer from Settings so weeks from the same vendor keep repeat dishes and ratings together.
Menu items
Add or edit items in a dialog. The switch on each dish shows or hides it for this day.
Create or select a menu folder to start editing items.

Configure global ordering rules, caterers, and user accounts.
Occasions
Mark dates on the calendar with an icon and label — for anniversaries, celebrations, public holidays, or company off days. Tick Off Day only when employees should not place orders that day.
Add each vendor here. Create Menu chooses from this list, and you can change the caterer on a menu that already exists. Weeks that share a caterer keep the same dishes and ratings.
Manage login details, Admin dashboard access, and Special
daily order limits.
Tick Has Spc Limit, then set Spc Daily Limit.
Use 0 for no daily order limit for that user.
Export downloads a CSV (name, username, password, role, special, dailyOrderLimit). Import replaces all users from that file — no id column needed; ids are generated, and existing usernames keep their ids so order history stays linked. File must include at least one admin.

Built-in account for data backups. Change credentials with
DEV_USERNAME / DEV_PASSWORD. Prefer
section backups when you only need one file or folder.
1. Section backup & restore
Safer option: download or replace one top-level
data/ file or folder. Everything else stays as-is.
2. Full data/ backup & restore
High impact: restore replaces the entire data/
folder (users, menus, orders, ratings, settings). Use only when
you need a complete rollback.
